We have been in the mobile home business for years, and thought not upload videos about something we can relate to and deal with every day.

We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

  1. In N.J. where i am, it will be very expensive since i live there where the prices are very much out of control. Much cheaper down South where you really are.

  2. Anyone who’s still wondering if mankind is progressing or devolving just needs to look at how we’ve gone from gorgeous sears kit homes to “converted sheds.” 🤦🏻‍♀️

  3. Chance I watched a video of yours yesterday and I loved the house I believe it was a triple wide called The Grand Manor and you had a promo for solar panels at the end. I can’t find the video now did your take it down? I wanted to save it and show my wife.

  4. ik it looks really nice but
    1. You have to have a place to put it (just like with a van or motor home
    2. It’s being sold to you as a 200k shed.
    3. You have to set up electric and plumbing
    4. The house will rot fast

    The benefits are

    1. No property tax like on a house
    2. No closing costs

The risks and demeaning value though outweigh the thought of buying one.

As a construction worker I can appreciate it as an art piece only. As an individual it’s not worth the money not even if they add gold floors. I just know that because I’ve installed or seen the installation of all of the fancy instruments they lay about. Your still living in a shed even if you have a Samsung fridge.
