    • Twin is 38″ wide (just over 3 feet) vs a Queen that’s 60″ wide (5 feet) but the house is around 8 feet from the wall to the door and there’s only enough room to open the door between the bed and the door. So that fits with it being a Queen…

  1. I’m happy to see a one story tiny house. Just a note, for those guests with mobility issues, it would be great to have a ramp as part of the deck to get inside.

  2. Not a nice finish it’s just a tarted up shed. The location is awful …. a lot of sheds looking out over each other just off the highway. No trees no planting no landscaping … pretty grim all round

  3. @ 3:38 “we have a lot of people come that have mobility issues”… yet not a single one of these is handicap accessible with a ramp, or ground entrace at all.. I see past your feel good feeling attempt at just saying it was cheaper to make a single story instead of loft..
