This amazing single level modern tiny house has given this couple their dream home! From it’s striking -black exterior, to the and cleverly designed interior, this home is nothing short of spectacular. This is an episode you won’t want to miss!

Russel and Leah spent three years designing this tiny house before turning it into a reality and you can truly see how the design planning has helped to create a truly special and ultimately functional home which meets and exceeds all of the couples needs. Being a single level design home there are no stairs or ladders to climb and the home has been wonderfully crafted to be open, light and spacious.

Beautifully designed and filled with clever features, this is a modern home which is sure to impress!

Best of all, downsizing into this incredible tiny house has enabled the couple to find a tremendous amount of freedom and has given them more time and resources to do things which are important to them, such as spending more time on holiday and with family.

  1. We absolutely love this tiny house! So much thought and planning has gone into making this home something very special. We hope you enjoy the video tour! With love, Bryce & Rasa

  2. This is my very favourite channel, Bryce and Rasa. I rarely comment, but I love everything you do.

Without a shadow of a doubt this is the very best tiny house I’ve seen – on any channel. I’d be delighted to live in it.

The design, the materials, the colours. Very good taste throughout.

Ingenuity – the toaster that doesn’t need to be taken out of the cupboard.

Very glad to see the dog lives outside.

One level living is important for we old folks, and for you young folks when you have a broken leg! or when you get older. So more of these would be great , thanks Bryce.

  3. LOVE THIS! I plan on building my home at some point and this is definitely a design i will keep in mind. I love the layout of the kitchen/dining/living room. Somehow fit a large sofa and kitchen in without it feeling small and cramped. Its beautiful😍😍

  4. This is totally next level. The house is amazing. I love that the bedroom isn’t a loft.

The kitchen blew me away. It’s fantastic.

    The deck is amazing.

    The location is paradise.

I would never want to leave.

  5. N0. 1 favourite Tiny home ever! The whole design including that amazingly dramatic black and green kitchen is just spectacular! Shows what you can do with really careful, thoughtful planning and not compromising on your dream design! Watched this video 3 times in a row now just drinking in the whole vibe!

  6. Early in the video Russel pulled a couple of frothy chops out of the beer fridge and I gasped “Double Brown, OMG, why would you drink that rubbish”?
Fortunately though, at around 17m45s, I was relieved to find that I was mistaken.
    Well played Russel, well played.
