  1. I’m so jealous. I wish I had the courage to not be a slave to the man, and just drop out and live my life how I want. Like you guys are, living the life, living the dream.

  2. Those kids are so lucky! I bet they will change the world when they grow up! ❤️ I wish I could give my kids that lifestyle everyday of the year!

  3. I love this place, especially the evening and winter pictures. This is truly hygge and I should know, I am danish. I would feel completely at home. I like the shower , a nice view……

  4. Love the idea of this but have a question. Do they get condensation/mould between the canvas and the tarp? I feel like they must considering the moisture accumulation of 4 people living there and the tarp trapping it all in?

  5. Still remember how some people criticised Katie by her make-up and judged that she was not a kind of woman who would live in a tenthouse. People are so filled with hate and negativity.

  6. Sidenote: homeschooling is very beneficial for children! All the private attention helps them flourish more than class-trained children….😉

  7. I always wonder about families who share small spaces like this and share beds … how do Mom & Dad get “adult time?” Ok … I’ll cut the euphemisms & ask, how do they have sex? I can’t imagine trying to relax & give my attention to that with the threat of kids seeing/hearing all the time.
Also … that “family bed” thing is great … now and then … but I need some space.
I understand that it’s not been that much of an issue throughout history when people were forced to inhabit small or “rustic” spaces together, but you can’t tell me some of those historical kids didn’t get skeeved out!

  8. I adore this lifestyle, it seems like the best way of living! I have one question though, maybe it’s stupid, but aren’t people worried about security and others entering/stealing stuff?

  9. I defy anyone in the comments to state that what their seeking in life isn’t to some extent what these people have. Just stay true to the true nature of who you really are. And I’m sure it will find you.
