  1. it would be rather hard for any non-distributor to own a house like this
without a land i don’t think…too much effort and work i simply just love
this house and the design, would be nice if there’s already one around, i
    would totally buy it..

  2. @LilyYueLu Well, you need a place to put the Cube. It is not a permanent
living building. Actually the invoice is for large garden furniture as tent
or other furniture, purchased in disassembled form from Ikea or others. You
dont need any permits, but you need some place to store it. Distributors
can show you the Cube in raw look and you have to deside the finishes –
what kind of plaster, paneling, tiles etc. They also can offer complete
Cube, but then you will want to change, replace things etc

  3. Prices are available on our website. This particular model cost 2200 euro.
It comes to you disassembled, not having door, window, coats such as
plaster, siding, tiles, laminates or else. You can customise it at your
own. If you want, you can order furniture and finishes. Visit our blog for
more english info. It is writen in the description.

  4. Someone can start good business there. We offer dropshipping. Learn more

  5. really? I moved to Toronto from Sydney because of the low cost of living.
Sydney was three and a half times more expensive.

  6. So overpriced goods and services you got there. Here is way different and
cheap, but the wages are low. Building materials are very good and cheap.

  7. Okay, I’ll bite… just how does one put items on the leftside ofthat
“flying” shelf? There are no chairs high enough to stand on and it is too
far to reach from the second floor.

  8. Toronto’s expensive(buying a home), but it’s a lot less expensive than here
in NY and in California. The rent is ridiculously cheap there. The homes
are smaller though, so I guess it’s a trade-off. That bed needs a railing
    though.

  9. They do have places like these in Toronto they are the condos that are
springing up like mushrooms all along the lake front. They are not much
bigger than this. Sadly though alot of very stupid people are willing to
pay $300,000 and up to live in them.

  10. For this amount of money you can ship and set up up to 50 of our units.
Lots of developers do the following: Buying from us, we ship to US, Canada
etc, they assemble and complete the finishes and coats and sell for huge
profit. Visit our website for prices, shipping and more information.

  11. Wow.. it’s fabulous… it’s perfect for every singles… a happy go lucky
lifestyle as well… the modern art of prefabricated homes…. I love those
stairs… and the bed upstairs… it is sure comfy… 🙂

  12. Why don’t you quit being so ‘offended’ by everything. Athiests are still a
minority in the world, regardless of what you’d like them to be.

  13. I saw a simple question and his comment didn’t convey any indignation or
sense of offense. I think it is YOU who is becoming offended by a simple
    question. Projection at it’s finest.

  14. Very nice…if the next generation can ‘see this’ as normal….it will be
accepted world wide…europeans are much smarter builders by far now. We’ll
all be living “small” but clean and comfortable in the next 25 years, when
9 billion people need to eat, live, rest and play. Actually….living size
will be mandated, independant of wealth, desire and ability. Nice
video…..this is where the future will eventually move.

  15. I would love to live in a place like that. In matter of fact I think it
would be an increase in space with a bathroom and a kitchen.

  16. Unfortunately my friend, that’s pretty much what the future will look like.
Not so small though. Homes will be more compact, but still offer more
comfort and less expenses at the same time.

  17. Because, a-hole, there is no more reason to ask that question than there
would be to ask why there is a plate on the table.OBVIOUSLY, moron, Timmy
doesn’t realize that some people actually might have bibles on their
    nightstands.

  18. Stop bitching around dude. We don’t even know if he is an atheist or not.
It was just a question from him to which you found offensive meaning.
Besides, are you even catholic or religious at all?

  19. Get a bigger house and make your toilet outside. Obviously you have some
toilet scent issues. Everything is well ventilated and designed to be used
    more as temp shelter.

  20. mac+moronic macophile= total douche-baggary without reason=total fail
    windows+every day person = excellence,unlimited upgrade-ability without all
the douchiness some introverted mactard brings to the table.

  21. not a great use of space in places, the microwave should be up higher in a
shelf unit to give more counter space, they could have more cupboard space
above the window, so that a proper oven & washing machine can be installed
instead of a couple of the lower cupboards. The stairs take up a lot of
space too, probably better off with a retractable step ladder, it would
make it feel less boxed in. Floor storage would be good too and a side rail
    on the bed.
