  1. Thank you so much for taking the time to spend the day with us and our home. Your work is so inspiring and simply amazing. I love having the business of running the Airbnb and can’t believe this is actually the home our family shares. Can’t wait to scour the comments for inspiration! Thank you again❤️❤️❤️

    • I love it. I’ve always loved the lord if the rings hobbit homes. I know it’s not the same but it reminds me of that same feel. So cozy. I did check your schedule for booking. Definitely not this year as my year is already planned via work schedule. My vacation time doesn’t fit your schedule this year. We would have loved it! Its a lovely place for sure.

    • I have to say out of all the homes so far, this one is definitely in my top three I might even say it is my absolute favorite. This home is everything plus as to what I would want or dream of. 💜🤗🥰🥰🥰

    • Love your home. Did I miss the 3rd bedroom for your 4th child because I only saw your suite in the former garage, the room with bunk beds and the room for the eldest son?

  2. There used to be on on Vancouver Island same style but smaller that was turned into a tourist attraction. This home has the same storybook feel you got inside the House on The Island. It’s gone now I think it was moved to a smaller Island off the coast of Vancouver Island. Your house is beautiful and brings back memories from over 40 years ago.

  3. Thanks for the tour Jenna.
Liz and Jacob were the perfect family to continue looking after this property.
Your can feel the love and satisfaction beaming off of them. And the fact that they are sharing it with others is awesome 💜

  4. Love storybook homes like this. In the day and age of cookie cutter houses these are a breath of fresh air and there is just something magical about them. I could definitely see this house being an amazing bed and breakfast someday.

  5. Wish they stylized the outdoor kitchen as well, that sort of looked out of place next to the fairy tale cottage! Rather amazing though. Someone needs to do a candy house from Hansel and Gretel.

  6. Amazing home – it would have been so great to have learned anything about the maker, and why/how it got made. Like learning about Starry Night with no mention of Van Gogh. 🙂
