  1. ese presupuesto para una minicasa es exageradamente caro !! hay propiedades por menos de 50 con casa includa. claro que no en el centro !

  2. 60k budget just for small house. 60k dollars in my country is 3 million. you can buy car and big house. I wish i have 60k dollars HAHAHA.

  3. Id love to save up and do this, once my youngest has left the nest, in nine years time. I don’t drive but buying a small plot of land and put a tiny house on it by the sea

  4. I watch a lot of tiny home videos and notice they are always beside or in the backyard of a larger home. Is there a reason for this or is it no one approves tiny home land in certain areas. Also a lot are on the west coast, there are a few in other areas of the country, but not like it is in the west. Are there people building large lovely tiny home communities, not like a trailer park, but like everyone has an acre of land? These are just things that pop in my head. This is a nice home she has everything for her needs, since her and dad built it she knows it’s built well. Would like to know more about that washer dryer combo.

  5. That’s the problem with most of these tiny houses
is that your living on someone else’s property and
using their utilities. What would happen if she didn’t
    conveniently have a boyfriend with a home/property.
Why reinvent the wheel? Just buy a mobile home for
a fraction of the cost and fix it up. Also those stairs are
    a disaster waiting to happen.
