  1. Hey all! I hope you enjoy this weeks video tour of this beautiful modern tiny house. As a tall person myself, I can really appreciate so many of the clever design touches in this home. How cool is that shower idea too! Such a clever idea. Thanks for watching! With love, Bryce & Rasa

  2. Birch plywood is likely the best plywood when it comes to reducing the amount of natural formaldehyde off-gassing. Softwoods should be avoided in these small spaces unless it’s reclaimed wood and has off-gassed for years.

  3. Wow, I want this woman’s life. Super cool house. Awesome friend too! Everything just worked and that is exactly what I need! I need something to fall into place and work for me, but doesn’t everybody? Love your aesthetic, the dark metal outside and light wood bringing the light in. The elevator bed, the hidden shower, so genius. I know someday I’ll live in a tiny home, or at least some version of one. Maybe someday in the future, there’ll be so many that you can rent a tiny space easily. Or there’ll be a new round of more modern advanced tiny homes on the rise being built and it’ll be easy to buy a used one that’s a little outdated for cheaper ? One can hope?????????? Thanks for sharing your beautiful dwellings with the world??

  4. Sure do like this lady, and her home. Very nicely thought out, elegant, and she’s well-spoken. The engineering and features for only $70k (I know she did a lot of her own work but still) are amazing!

  5. Wow what a home and what a wonderful person this lady is, can I please buy the design plans. The engineering of the shower and bed is an absolute stroke of genius!! Amazing use of space. Love the artwork, will look this artist up
