Office In A Tree- A Tree House outside Boston, MA (Tiny Cabin)

Built and designed by Derek “Deek” Diedricksen (HGTV’s “Tiny House Builders, www.Relaxshacks.com), this tiny, budget-built tree house outside of Boston, MA was made for both kids, as a play space, and with the versatility of being a small up under oak trees. Fronted with Tuftex polycarbonate , this tree house lights up at night and takes on the look of a giant robot head the woods.
Deek is the author of the book “Humble Homes, Simple Shacks”- a diy comic-book like guide to salvage-built shelter, forts, and cabins, and the upcoming book “Microshelters”, an overlook at 59 cabins, forts, tree houses, tiny houses, and more- with 6 full sets within. This book will be out September, 2015 through Storey Press.

  1. I will use the foam. A door will be closed most of the time but the gaps,
without foam, would be an open invitation to bugs 24/7.

  2. I always enjoy watching your videos and seeing all the things that you make
and create it’s very interesting and fun to watch thanks so much for
