  1. For $500/month seems like she could purchase her own land, especially if she partnered up with other like-minded individuals(senior and otherwise) to purchase the land together. Just seems not-good to still pay rent when you already own your home. Also, $65K seems like a lot for such a tiny living space. (Although I do like the outdoor spaces, deck and on top.) I’m concerned that older ppl get taken advantage of in this realm.
