  1. 35K! That is kinda pricey for a tiny house. It is nice but way too expensive. I bet rent to own would really break the bank! 15-year loan at 10% interest would be a payment of about 375.00 a month. If they go that long 5-year loan (about triple) would be really expensive. It is about right in price with home builders though 150 to 200 dollars a square foot.

  2. 🚨💡🚨This might be ME,… but your PATREON link isn’t working/it’s not lit up blue.
It’s not an option to click the link? Is that normal?

  3. This one slipped by me! That’s a good deal for a finished shed/house! Y’all could be livin’ easy like George and Weezie in a few days with that!👍🏻

  4. OK guys … I was not notified of this video. I seem to get all of them but for some reason not this one…hummm

  5. You did a great little speed tour. That was a cute tiny house/shed. Have y’all considered turning a pole barn into a house. Check out Stivers Homestead, if you haven’t already. That’s what they did. Love & Hugs from Ft. Worth, Texas.
