With her Children now older, this new empty nester has constructed a wonderful place to call home for less than the cost of a deposit on a regular larger home. This home is beautifully constructed and designed to be totally , giving Michelle the ability to park her in more locations.

  7. She’s got four grown children, a tiny house, and parks it in mom and dad’s backyard to hook up to power/water/sewer.

    Nice house, but doesn’t strike me as “independent”.
