Stunning 20ft SHIPPING CONTAINER HOME w/ So Many Surprises!

Cam designed and built an incredible container home. This Tiny House has an elevator bed, rolling cabinet which reveals the shower, and the entire thing spans a stream!

I love how creative Cam got with this build. You can really tell he has a talent design, and that he is trying to break down barriers with what can be done.

After living in the a few months, Cam has decided to list it on Airbnb while he builds himself two Tiny Houses. You can rent his container home here:

  1. What’s your favorite part of this tour (you can only pick one) – The elevator bed, the sliding shower, or the fact the entire house spans a creek?

  2. Id be concerned where that container is sitting. It looks like its in a flood plain. Very compact, as always the deck outside adds to it with the view. How is this hooked to waste water out going or incoming water?

  3. Cam, I think this is the first single shipping container I have seen that I could live in due to the side-opening design! Tx for sharing. Rich

  4. This is super cool. How awesome to have a home Iverson a creek. How many times do you have to pee though listening to the water lol. Must be so peaceful having coffee in the morning on a warm sunny day, or any drink meal and snack, on the deck listening to the water. I’m so jealous.

  5. really cleverly and well done. It’s a shame that the container doors can’t be used without taking of the deck. It would feel safer to close it up while nobody is at home.

  6. Perfect 20ft container. This guy really nailed the best design for functionality, in the smallest space. Would add a small wood stove personally. Would love to know the cost of the build!

  7. Unique closet and sliding door. Never seen that before. Super cool placement of this container!!

  8. There are reasons people don’t build over creeks. Hope his house doesn’t end up down stream. The water heater next to the AC seems like an unnecessary battle. The moving closet, while interesting, seems like a large expense for maybe two feet of space? What will that tiny space provide? The container with a long side opening was a good choice for remote locations and the interior is pretty.
