    • Does marble, being more porous (so I read), not require more upkeep? Please inform us- countertops aren’t my forte. Thanks/take care

    • Marble is soft and porous, requiring sealing, avoiding acidic cleaners and foods. It’d probably crack in mobile use and would be a bad choice. Quartz is actually harder than granite and thus, more durable. In fact, quartz is nearly indestructible, and because it isn’t porous like granite, it’s easy to keep your countertops relatively bacteria-free.

  1. I LOVE this. The style, the layout, everything about it is great.
This specific layout is just so flexible for customization. It’s as solid as its framework. You just can’t best this layout for functionality, looks and customization. (obviously, in my opinion lol, we are a niche of niches as it is with tiny homes)

Just think, if you were fine with the upstairs bedroom, you have that entire space downstairs open for any other purpose. Or you could swap them around if the other purpose never needed the full headroom.
You could even remove the wall entirely. Or if you want to get inventive, 2 bunk-beds either side, everyone’s stayin’ over!
I’ve seen one absolutely bonkers layout quite similar to this where that section of the bedroom had a door and ramp to store quads in it.
Love the sink and drawers in the bathroom making use of awkward spaces. Always love inventive ways to use those awkward spaces, dead spaces and such.
A full fridge system and useful kitchen is a must for me. I love my cooking.

  2. Love it! Need downstairs bed. But, could I afford it? How much is it with all appliances? Would probably want to make it off grid, too.
