Full tour of a beautiful 32′ tiny house on wheels with a dramatic black exterior and a minimalist Scandinavian interior home design. It has a custom breakfast bar, DIY sofa and space-saving storage, compact multi-purpose ladder, main-floor bedroom, and a spa-like bathroom. This house is off the grid and has a separate systems shed for the 4000-Watt solar power system and a 2000-gallon water storage tank.
This house was designed and built by Lee and Payam from Instead Tiny Homes as their prototype model, and Lee and his family have been living in it for almost a year now. You can find out more about Instead's incredible work here:

Absolutely beautiful/functional home! I love the ladder is also passthrough pantry as well. Sux you had to raise the bathroom and have that step up/down but having that sure beats busted pipe repair lol. The solar/water storage is amazing as well. It’s such a great use of the space in every detail. Absolutely wonderful build.
But noooOoOOoooOooo they were burning wood for that bonfire which is releasing CO2 into the atmosphere!!! REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!
Wow smply butt elegant!!!
Wow! Fantastic!
The massive pile of firewood placed under this plywood house really is just begging for a forest fire to take her out isnt it..
I dunno… putting boots and wet coats in the bench? That wouldn’t work for me.
Gorgeous home! The stacked wood underneath will attract termites.
I’m just wondering whether the snow has to be shoveled off the roof during the winter as the pitch is not very great. I love the simplicity and layout
great design and aesthetic! Rich
@Exploring Alternatives – Hi, great videos, great ideas, thank.
Also, Would you consider creating a summary video in regard to daily tasks for living
in a mobile home. All the services that makes our life easier (for too much money) in a city apartment
will need more work from us during the day (which is not a bad thing).
It would help a lot to understand the daily chores of minimal living. thanks.
So beautiful tiny home
