  1. Worst tiny house i have ever seen. Yea lets put a fucking sink on the floor, that will sell it. Seriously? Are you fucking retarded?

  2. I prefer the visiting area and the bathroom to be on separate sides of the house. Who wants to hear someone peeing? And why does it matter if it is all women building team?

    • Construction and engineering trades are heavily dominated by men, like over 90%…

Anyway, the bench/couch actually converts into a bed. So someone can use it as a bedroom and have the bathroom right next to them for middle of the night excursions but still have somewhere to sit besides the hard steps by the fold out table during the day…

While that whole space helps serves as a separation between the bathroom and the kitchen, which is something some people may put a higher priority on as not all tiny houses provide that separation…

  3. Once, just once I’d love to watch one of these tiny house videos with the soundtrack rocking out to Korn or Pantera or Metallica or something.

  4. ❤❤❤❤❤, fist bumps 👊👊👊👊👊, high fives/pats on the back ✋✋✋✋✋, extra thumbs up 👍👍👍👍👍

  5. The finishing is very nice, but the design is aweful. Facing the bathroom on a padded bench and the ceiling is very low in the loft. Making the roof taking up all storagespace on the other loft is wasting space. And were would you montage the sink? The is no room for it…

    • Sink goes right by the window… This is not their first tiny house…

For the bench/couch, it actually converts into a bed so that’s more a convertible bedroom. Similar to some Tumbleweed designs… While it helps separate the bathroom from the kitchen, which is generally more a concern for those people who feel a separation is needed.

For the loft, roof shape is a trade off… There are people who hate the idea of a home being too boxy and not looking like a more traditional home. So that’s a trade off some would prefer even though a boxier design is what maximizes the loft space.

No tiny house design is going to appeal to everyone because everything has a trade off and there’s always someone who has a different preference and priority than someone else.

  6. I don’t care who built it, why would you put a table in front of the steps and expect to be able to take that big first step without a problem, those steps are tall and will not be easy to walk up especially with no hand rail. Why put such a small refrigerator in the kitchen? Why put the shelf over the refrigerator just leave it open and put an apartment size refrigerator there. The room with the couch what’s with the pipes hanging out of the wall? Storage needed.

    • Well, from what I can observe that unit above the exposed pipes is the water heater and it just hasn’t been hooked up yet… They’ll probably cover it with a box once it’s fully installed… Mind, you need access to it to adjust the temperature and do annual maintenance to keep it clean and long lasting and that puts it right between the kitchen and bathroom for short runs to either so it won’t take long to get the cold water in the pipes out and hot water flowing when you turn it on, because on demand doesn’t kick in until after you turn on the tap…

Table folds down and out of the way when not needed but having the steps as a chair removes the need for additional furniture… A little steep, yes, but still easier to get up than a ladder would be.

Fridge is still twice the size of an under counter mini fridge and the shelf provides a place that another appliance can be placed and is probably why there’s also an outlet up there…

Bench/couch/bed is storage as is the stairs and a few other built ins…

Overall, house isn’t finishes, so things like additional rails may be put in later…

  7. Many of “Tiny house” are only narrow & too long, but this is really tiny house ! It’s minimal but has playful. Maybe the place in front of bath room can be used as bed room for women of average height. If I will live in this, I want laundry & dry unit with woody top at the side of entrance and I will use the stairs & the loft for displaying & storage as Fake making to image another space.
