Deek's Website on tiny houses and more- http://www.Relaxshacks.com
In this episode, Derek “deek” Diedricksen (former host of HGTV's “Tiny house Builders”) gets a tour of the first “three story” tiny house, “The Shangrilittle”. Located right outside Chattanooga, TN, atop Lookout Mountain- a climber, paraglider, and hang glider's paradise. This home, once featured on the show “Tiny House Nation”, has a built in cigar humidor, a secret ceiling storage panel, spacious loft, and even a roof deck! The Shangrilittle sits with three other tiny houses- all of which can be rented through “Live A Little Chatt”
We stayed there three nights- in two different homes, and the place IS amazing- the hosts are GREAT too!
Tell 'em you saw our video…..
Nice man, loving the recent videos, will there be any more books in the future?
nice tour Brian, house still looks great!
Wow, Deek. Thanks for bringing this to us. It’s a great use of space and some clever ideas. Smart guy to follow his dreams.
Brian has some spectacular hair.
That deck on top is great.
I do to like to live life on the edge
This is actually a fascinating business proposition. Put this on your back 40 and it probably pays for your living expenses.
Looks very close to the edge of that precipice though
that is f***kn fantastic I love the escape to the deck..so cool
That view is sooo amazing.
Bigly
That deck is awesome
I have yet to see or hear that a tiny house is “tied down” like is required for manufactured homes. I can just see those rolling down the mountain in a good wind storm.
wow! this is just slightly different that must! love the loft! great job…I must stay here!
This is so cool! The best part of tiny houses are how personal they are. Clearly, he put a lot of himself in this build. And that secret storage *and* the hobbit door- just awesome. Thanks for another good one Deek!
Beyond awesome! Only thing I’d change is that big handlebar in loft that I’d most probably smash my big special forehead on lol
