We have been in the business for years, and thought why not upload videos about something we can relate to and deal with every day.

We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days people referred to as a house. However some of the we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

  1. Is the 14×38 including the 10 foot porch? Cuz the inside seems kinda small for that size, being as it would be over 500 square feet. It does not appear to be 500 square feet inside. It is a nice place, just seems a little small for the 14×38 dimensions

  2. Its a very cute tiny home, but with all of the wood inside, I’d have to opt for upgraded kitchen cabinets (another color like something dark with nickel hardware) with granite counter tops to blend in with the nice stainless appliances. But I would want a larger refrigerator, the stack w/d and at least a mirror over the bath sink! Especially at that price point. Oh and relocate the fire extinguisher off the wall to a closet! I “Thank you” for showing that in the snow, and await seeing that larger vacation looking home that was there in the distance.

  3. This is cute, but there is wasted space for storage opportunities in the staircase itself. Drawers could’ve been put in each step. And that breaker box could’ve been camouflaged by installing a matching cabinet door, a framed mirror on hinges, or a framed piece of artwork on hinges, over it. Right now it just DOES NOT blend with the interior and looks kinda tacky.
There are more missed opportunities for storage in this model. Builders weren’t using their thinking caps very well.
