I think having the lofts for older ppl is an issue. Why we would never do one. We lived in a skoolie for 28 months. Bed was up high due to water tank under it. I wasnt closterphobic but being 5’2 it was hard to get in and out of.

I really love how she created her beautiful tiny house. It has everything you can possibly want into it house. If only it had a tub that would have been great! But unfortunately it doesn’t seem to have the room to put one in there. But she could add on to it later on if she wanted one I think.
I love the cozy cabin feel. The style fits so well in the woods. In my camper we put a zippered waterproof encasement around our mattress and we have had no mold issues. We put the mattress pad over it. Not expensive to do at all.
