Something tells me that Brad is a Buddist at heart.
It would get so hot in there in summer.
Timber houses are actually a lot cooler in summer if you insulate the house
enough
And the awnings will help a lot to keep it cool

perfect absolutely love it. Just a little bit bigger than those 130sq ft
tiny homes.
That is truly a work of art.
Man, I’d love to have that house. I especially like the deer antler and
vine staircase.
You have the coolest job, man. You’re making a work of art that someone
gets to live in.
I am completely in love with the work that you do. Your mission and the way
you follow through with such amazing results is truly inspirational.
In Philly, it’s usually the Department of Licenses and Inspections. If your
building isn’t up to their code, they will evict you. My friend had a
business in an old warehouse….now it’s just an empty building, as L&I
sealed it up.
He’s cool dude! Very creative too!
I absolutely love this house!
