Too many rules in Colorado to do anything like this, I too am wondering
about the sewer and water. I would have liked to see it as one house not as
a house and an addition on the side right away or the addition made as the
same style in the front and the back could have been out more.
Look for sip`s (structural insulated panels) building method.

If you are aware of fractional reserve banking you must also be aware that
we are using a fiat currency, which is worthless. So bragging about how
much worthless money you are making a month makes no logical sense! It’s
all worthless to begin with. Go pedal your schemes somewhere else…I

products, and/or even find them for FREE! I love watching these videos. To
own a home these days, or even to rent, is nearly impossible financially.

free in it on Three Mile Island or Chernobyl. You can live off the grid
since everything glows a pleasant green at night. Watch out for the

Your gold is only worth what someone is willing to exchange you for it. If
times get bad, i’m betting that something you can eat or drink will be

Keep in mind that you have 2 options. 1. you have the property marked and
transferred to your name so you own it or 2. you build on the property and
leave it in there name. If it’s in your name it’s YOURS. If it’s in the
parents names than it it there property and they could evict you. Hope that

Actually YES gold is worthless. The value is unstable and the market is
impossible to predict. In today’s economy I hope you have the brains to
figure that out. I recommend a more stable investment like firearms.
What about power and water in this house? How much did that cost to bring
it in?
Starting video at 4 weeks into construction and working only on weekends,
does that mean actually 4 months into construction as 3 weekends counting
approximately as one week? I am asking because the part of building
foundation is kind of most important but it is missing.
I’m already working only 21 hours a week.

Craig’s list have saved my butt, financially. I got three working roomers
living in my home–all from Craig’s list ads. Yeup!
I wanna do similar to my garage, and turn it into a living space, and rent
out my basement as an apartment–mo’ money. Yeeeaaay!
Craigslist helped me alot too.. Theres always great things that are free
And I’m paying $160,000 for a house that’s only a little more than double
the size of that (1,000 sq. ft.). smh

What about the septic system??
No way this house passes code in any neighborhood or city we have known.
The size alone makes it fail building codes. Maybe ok for a live-at-home
adult but not a stand-alone home.
check your zoning and building codes first.
