Very nice couple with an adorable dog. Love their tiny home. I think it’s a great home and glad they are debt free. Love the kitchen and living space and the lofts where you have to sit up in. I think it’s a beautiful home. Thank you for showing your tiny home.

Just wondering if these tiny homes will depreciate in value as they age. Also, what if the park raises the lot fee substantially or closes up?

There’s a waiting list to get into this community. I actually contacted them about 4 weeks ago and asked the owner to place my name on the wait list. I’m in Gainesville which is about 2 hours north of Orlando. I’m hoping a spot will open within a year. Wish me luck!

This is a cute home..on the lake,can’t knock that. It’s great you are making friends. I live in Florida,Gulf coast& we love it. The costs have gone up alot since we moved here 13,almost 14 yrs ago. Enjoy your home..🥰☮👍🥂🍾🦜
