How much???!!!
The problem with having two bathrooms is that the second bathroom under the master bedroom could have been used for a larger living room and room to put a breakfast bar or dinette. This is a 10ft wide trailer rather than the standard 8ft. Or, it could have been a half bathroom without a shower and there would be more room for an eating space.
This THOW is AWESOME!!!! THIS is the one I want!!!! I would change the 2nd bathroom, there by giving more space in the living room and just making it a laundry room. And remove the bidet. So…how much would something like this cost?

Really nice thought out build. I can’t help but think instead of one long continuous step between the 2 staircases if that was eliminated there may be room for a long slim dining space with a collapsing table & seating to best stored somewhere for example on the wall or something. Would open up the floor space too just to feel bigger in that space. It’s hard to tell without being physically in the space if any that is a possibility

I am a special needs. I was an orphan and I was abused and suffered head injuries and now I had mild brain damage and I suffer anxiety and depression. I can’t work because of my anxiety. I wish someone would make me a home like that. I would pay if off eventually. I am on a little benefit I could pay 50$$ each week until it’s all paid off. I will really appreciate the help. I would love a home to call my own and where I can have a small emotional support service dog. My landlord at the trust I am in doesn’t allow pets
