Air bb and those strs are driving prices up unrealistic with the investors no income or employment loans. They are forcing millions of people out of being to buy a home or even a shack. . So many properties sit vacant for months as foreign agents park funds here in real estate with NO tracking or seasoning of where the hell that cash came from. We Americans get priced out.

This is awesome. I grew up in Chicago which has thousands of garage apts that were called coach houses. Generally, the space is accessed mainly thru an alley with side entrance to the street alongside the main property. They were some of the best rental deals. Thank you for showing this space with so many ideas.

That pull-out “Lazy Susan” shelving is Ingenious! I am surprised that I’ve never seen it before, but I am sure that the word will spread. As well, I have Never seen such a compact, spacious, portable Gazebo. (And with solar-powered lights for the evenings) Wow!

Where do you put the TV in this setup? Since the living room faces the kitchen, does this mean that the person sitting on the couch just stares at the person in the kitchen?
