We have been working on trees for 2 years now. Several failures and trees have to be strategically placed due to underground utilities for each house and placing them so houses can easily be moved in and out

But the incred-I-box is renting for $700… that’s a lot more than $450.
$450 is the pad rental. The residents that bring their own tiny pay $450. The iBox is owned by me, Robyn and it is a rental. The $700 includes the pad rental so basically you are paying $250 to rent the house.
Well then that’s a great price😁… it’s also a great thing your doing Robin, I’d love to have a set up like that, I just purchased a tiny from Incredible tiny homes, I got the incred-I-cottage can’t wait to get it! That’s a great little community you have.

In past as volunteer TCE, it broke my heart to do taxes for Gentleman who was 69 years old with income UNDED $10,000 FOR YEAR. He worked some mowing yards for a little of hus income and because of being over 65, did not qualify for Earned Income Credit. Yes, he received Social Security BUT LOWEST AMOUNT ALLOTTED.

If you want to vet people hire an Astrologer. They can tell you if a person has issues as many of us do but you need to know if one is drug or alcohol dependent or are psychotic, etc. I swear by Maria DeSimone or Nadiya Shah who are excellent at looking into personalities.
